A nice clear quartz crystal from I Me Mine, near Jessieville, Arkansas. This crystal has nice luster and good internal clarity - it also has a complex, recrystallized terminal face, which was sheared off in the pocket while the mineralizing solution was still present. The back three prism faces have overgrowths of "sugar" crystals - secondary quartz crystals that formed in a later stage of mineralization and deposited themselves onto existing faces. The crystal is in good condition with no significant damage to report.
