A nice Japan-law twin quartz crystal from the Collier Creek Mine, near Mt. Ida, in Montgomery Co., Arkansas. This crystal features one elongated crystal that exhibits Japan-law twinning near the bottom. It has a faint yellow-orange coloration that is within the crystal - no amount of cleaning will take the color out. It has good luster and is quite gemmy, but does have a bit of damage on the small twin crystal.
