A very nice Japan-law twin quartz crystal from the Collier Creek mine, near Mt. Ida, in Montgomery Co., Arkansas. This crystal is repaird once, right down the twin plane in the middle. It has great form and clarity - a classic tabular, Japan-law twin. Several smaller, prismatic crystals have grown into the twin, which gives the piece a bit of aesthetic appeal, rather than just a single twin. It does have some damage to the left-hand termination of the twin.
