A stunning quartz crystal from I Me Mine, near Jessieville, in Garland Co., Arkansas. This fine crystal has excellent luster, good gemmy zones and nice growth lines and striations. It exhibits parallel growth, which is dramatically at the termination where two separate points are intergrown - one is a chisel tip, while the other is a true point - both share prism faces with the other. The piece is in great condition - the only damage worth mentioning being a tiny ding (<1mm) on a back edge. It comes with a custom acrylic base, made in house, by our master base maker Jacob.
