An outstanding clear quartz crystal from I Me Mine, near Jessieville, Arkansas. This elongated "candlestick" crystal is doubly termianted, has excellent luster and clarity, and exhibits some complex growth faces and recrystallization. The main termination has an area that appears to be damaged but upon closer inspection it is simply very complex growth on a very small scale (see photo 7). The "front" three prism faces are ultra lustrous and smooth, while the "back" three prism faces have a high luster but have been overgrown by a multitude of much smaller crystals of varying sizes and habits. There is no significant damage to report. Custom mounting is available at checkout.
