A large smoky quartz crystal with brookite crystals from older finds at Magnet Cove, in Hot Spring Co., Arkansas. This is a large single crystal for the locality with good gemmy sections that exhibit a chocolate brownish color when backlit. Numerous small brookite crystals adorn several faces. The specimen is in fair condition overall - the termination isn't perfect but it appears to be old damage, not extraction damage. It comes with a custom acrylic base, milled and engraved in house by our master carver, Jacob.
