A very nice, pastel blue-green wavellite from Mauldin Mtn., in Montgomery Co., Arkansas. This specimen features a grouping of botryoidal wavellite of a light blue to green color. The assemblage has formed within a small vug in the host rock There are some broken botryoids on the edges but that is to be expected with this material - it's in good condition otherwise and is a striking, colorful addition to an Arkansas suite.
